Service involves:
You send us the or dc sub board
We remove and replace the DC socket, jack
We rebuild the section of the board that has been welded together or burn
We replace the dc jack replacing the burntout tracks, fuses burnt and missing etc.
We check the board has no longer got any shorts or other faults.
We then seal the repair with insulating plastic, to make sure you get no more faults
we ring you for payment and ship back
We know the problems with these types of boards, and have included a picture of a repaired board and the welded together layers of the board before the repair so you can see that we can do them
Note its no fix no fee so no risk,
But if you are not happy with through hole technology, this is an easy cheap way to have it done by people that do hundreds.

How Long Will It Take To Repair And Ship Your Repaired board?
We typically repair and return the assembly same day and all items are tested for function before they leave our facility
Make sure that the assemblies are packaged well so they arrive in one piece undamaged
